What we provide
A free service that looks at agency deals, offers and messages you send us, and gives you a written report on what to watch out for. There's no charge and no account.
It's a guide, not legal advice
Our reports help you understand a deal and ask the right questions. They aren't legal, financial or tax advice, and we aren't solicitors. We work only from what you send us, so we can't promise a report spots every issue. For a binding view on a contract, speak to a solicitor before you sign or act.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over.
What you agree to
- Only send us things you have the right to share.
- Don't send explicit images or content. We only need the deal, the contract or the messages.
- Cover up other people's personal details where you can.
- Don't use the service to harass anyone, send spam, or try to break or overload the site.
We can decline a check or stop providing the service to anyone who breaks these terms.
Our responsibility
We'll take reasonable care with every check. Decisions about your deal are yours. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on a report instead of getting proper legal advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
